Agreement
By engaging Lune Studio for web design services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all projects, regardless of how the engagement began — WhatsApp, referral, or direct contact.
Scope of Work
All deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins, typically via WhatsApp. Any additions to the original scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final files or live deployment are handed over. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Revisions
All plans include unlimited revisions during the active project period. Revisions requested after the project is marked complete and handed over may be treated as new work.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, logo files, images, and any specific content required for the website. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final website design and code. Lune Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the initial design concept, we will refund your advance payment in full — no questions asked. This applies before final delivery only.
Support Period
All plans include a free support period (30 days for Starter and Professional, 90 days for Premium) after launch. Issues arising from our code will be fixed at no charge within this period.
Limitation of Liability
Lune Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your website's performance, third-party service outages (hosting, domain, Google), or changes in search engine algorithms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
